WayFinding Public Kiosk

RRH wanted to increase the use of their public way-finding kiosks. Understanding the needs of all potential users within their 7 campuses was pivotal to understanding opportunities for improvement. leading the UX team at RRH, we undertook a heuristic evaluation, observed users, interviewed staff, and performed a usability analysis to create specific updates that meet the needs of the various user base.
